WHY DOES THAT STREETLIGHT BLINK, DADDY?

Ok, we have to start small and build our power base by a groundswell of demands from residents living on maple street, USA to accomplish our goal of world domination. Hot Fruita Moms.com have already shown how (with a simple posting and 12 comments) to make a huge carlot dissapear.

There is a streetlight on the northeast corner of south maple street and east Mc Cune that has been cycling on and off (blinking) for more than two years. Other streetlights don't do this. They simply come on at dusk and stay on til morning glow.

So, what's with this one streetlight? Why should it be of concern to us citizens on maple street USA. It is either a vast left wing liberal consperacy against Talk Radio or a simple malfunction. The blinking streetlight sends out a static interference signal on AM radio in three minute cycles all night long to radios nearby and cars going underneath it. I'm serious this static caused by the streetlight is interrupting my enjoyment of AM radio at night. Go ahead drive down maple street, USA and park under that errant streetlight and try to listen to AM 1100.
